yeah, sometimes they bite and grind their forciples together. i had to sort of pry one off with a little paint brush cuz it had ~.5cm of it's fangs buried in my skin. it was pumping and dumping venom the whole time, too.

Ack. I guess I'd do well to have a small pair of forceps to open its forciplers.

I doubt I'll be experimenting this way with my subspinipes, as it's always burrowed. I hardly think it would be docile enough for handling after being chased out of its hiding place. I am disinclined to do that anyway.
