About 2 days ago, I saw my pink toe molding. So I left him alone. He's about little less then 1 in big. This Morning I woke up and check on him. Death curl on the bottom of the jar =(
Can anyone tell me why?!?!

Sorry to hear it Kel. Avic slings are persnickety little buggers, they have a high mortality rate. Often it's due to humidity vs ventilation concerns.

If you have pics of the enclosure you'd like to post we could try to determine if you can do anything differently next time so you don't have a repeat occurrence.

How does a tarantula die because of a bad molt... what causes a bad molt?
theres a couple of things that go into a bad molt

if the humidity is not right then the t could get stuck in the molt and die

and theres also the wet molt that no one know how or why it happens?:?

I had an adult female "proven breeder" that just molted after laying a viable egg sac. I waited for a few days for her to start her recovery and when I checked on her again I found her in a death curl. It just happens.

do you mean molted?

cuz if it molded theres the problem

but if it molted then there could be a number of issues
including sudden sling death or whatever people call it

if you give us a pic of the enclosure i can probably rule things out
but not sure of the set up so im not sure what could of happened:?

Sounds like a classic case of SSDS (sudden sling death syndrome).

My versicolor died as a sling, while its brother, who was living in the exact same environment, is still alive and well almost half a year later.

I think he's done for =(

I'm soo sad. I red somewhere they feel pain and shows sign of self-preservation. He value his life =( and I did not help him live :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Well, a vid is not the same as pictures but I couldn't make out any ventilation holes in that enclosure.
For young Avis this is essential. Next time make sure to drill in lots of holes, keep the substrate bone dry and just give some drops of water directly into the webbing every couple of days.

I see your problem allready, your sling died because you dont have nearly enough ventilation in any of those enclosures. They need CROSS ventilation and from what i saw It was hard to tell if you had ANY holes in the lid. avics and most spiders need a good ammount of ventilation from both the top and sides, when the air is stagnant and doesnt move that is when your T's die, hopefully you correct this soon so you dont have any more sudden deaths.
