Hello, everyone!!!

Hope you like my new B. Auratum,

I just got it today, I paid $30 dlls, she is very handeable and calm but walks more than Forest Gump. Unfortanetly she lost a leg I do not the reason but it regenerated with its last molt a few days ago, acording to the last owner. Anyone knows how often auratum juveniles T molt,? I know you can speed up a molt by overfeeding and raising temperature, Am I right ?

Thanks for your comments

Saludos,

yea, you can speed up the growth by superfeeding but then you severly decrease the lifespan of the tarantula. best to just let it grow at the speed it was meant to.

$30? Do you know for sure it's a female? Or is this comment just wishfull thinking? $30 doesn't seem nearly enough if it is indeed a female. None the less a beautiful T, male or female!

Since he lives in Mexico, this is probably the accurate price.

The comment I made is just a wishfull thinking, I have 2 B. Auratums none of them are sexed yet, at least I think there is a 50/50 % to get a female.

I will wait until they molt again to see their sex.

can anyone guess its age ? females grow up faster than males but become mature long after males, is it true or false ?

thanks again for your comments
