Need ID for this spider

A common house spider here in Central Tx. I found it on the internet once but can't find it now. What is this named? Makes a funnel shaped web. Also, in my kithchen, I thought I was cleaning up after one but then I saw that I was cleaning up after a tarantula that lives in my kitchen in a hole in the corner. A young one.

The spider in the top picture is Kukulcania hibernalis, the southern house spider.

The second picture is indeed a tarantula, which is the first time I've heard of a wild tarantula deliberately taking up residence inside a house! Pretty cool...

If Galapoheros or anyone else who sees K. hibernalis around wants to collect some for me in exchange for some tarantula spiderlings send me a PM!
