so my rosehair just molted a few days ago and by looking at it closely I can tell that its a male because of the hooks and pedipalps. I was wondering if this is "penultimate"? I dont really know since it's my first time seeing it having the hook thing and he's kind of small too like 3.5-4 inches leg span. I dont really know if this is his last molt or something....I need help with this...I bought him as a sling on feb 09, so i guess he's been with me for 3 years.

It is his final molt if hes got hooks....he needs a girlfriend!
He will live around another year i assume...havent had a MM G rosea i have MM G pulchripes tho and hes still trying to breed 11 mos later.
He is an ultimate male ready to make some slings.

"Penultimate" means he has one more molt to go before reaching maturity.

Yep.

Your male just completed his ultimate molt. If he has another molt, it'll be his postultimate molt.

yeah I was thinking if its his penultimate since he's kind of small, but I guess he'll be a small mm rosea then :D
so do I have to find him a date now? or do I have to wait for him to make a sperm web?
