My Catapiller???

Hi umm well it seems that my Catapiller is shrinking and turning black but its still alive
Idk if its dying its just not moving and i just need help asap i just dont know and if anyone can help please message me

You can simply put it in a little container, even a cup is OK. Maybe at least an inch of dirt, make a shallow depression. You can bury it just a little bit in very loose dirt enough so that you can still see it. Then I'd put a few leaves over it. Look under the leaves now and then as the days go by and you should see a cocoon soon.
