Hello all!

I was wondering what your experience with mushrooms (specifically wooly inky caps/harefoot mushroom -Coprinopsis lagopus - they are light grey, striated, black spores, fuzzy tubes when first emerging) growing in your millipedes substrate has been? I've seen a couple posts saying it's okay and others saying to remove just in case.

Has anyone seen a direct connection of mushrooms harming/killing their millipedes?

I have two millipedes in the tank, an Ivory (Chicobolus spinigerus) and Pink foot (Narceus americanus). My Ivory seems to be hanging out by it, but it doesn't look like he's munching on it. Should I be worried?

I think I might check the range of the mushrooms and if it overlaps with the eastern seaboard. If it overlaps I'll feel maybe a little more comfortable?

Thanks!
