Molting? Or other behavior...

Hello. I have a question on my Red Knee. The reason I'm curious is because she barricaded herself about 5 days ago and has yet to emerge, so should I be worried?

As you can can from the pic she barricaded herself in her home and hasn't come out in 5 days. i figured she was molting but its been so long now. Should I just leave her be, assuming she will eventually come out on her own. Or what other behavior could this be?

There's nothing to worry about. Closing off their burrow generally is a "do not disturb" sign. It might mean premolt but not necessarily, some tarantulas do it when then decide it's fasting season etc. And let me tell you, they can do it for really long time, months or even longer.
Just leave it alone, provide water in case your T wanted to come out for a drink and stay patient
