Well the gestation is usually 6-8 months, so I believe most likely once a year.

that i dont know... Just depends on the scorp...

I am sure the average life expectancy of a spinifer is alot longer than 4 years. I have had one specimen for over 5 years.

Unless captive raised, it is virtually impossible to age an adult scorp.
