i need help identify if this is male or female? and is this wolf or grass or other species? thank you for the help

Looks like a wolf spider, I 100% cant tell you if it's female or male, cause I dont have a ventricle pic or a molt to give a better answer. post this in the ID section and im sure you'll get an answer with a better pic.
