I had a sling molt on an overnight flight, she turned out ok with no issues, but it was something I and the breeder hadn’t anticipated.

Do yourself and the sling a huge favor...house it in a smaller, more basic enclosure.

This will make them easier to monitor and less hidey....which will also make for better eaters...and better eaters grow faster.
I followed this advice in the last month or so and my slings seem so much more adapted to their environment, and molting like crazy. I’m so glad I listened.

That is the best advice that can be given to somebody raising a s'ling, really. At the very least in regard to housing. To me, it makes little sense to do otherwise.
