Found this wonderfully colored dolomedes reaching 2 inches, maybe a little less. Fatty! lol
Sadly she is missing 2 legs, a bird must have eaten her abit. I will be keeping her for an upcoming documentary I am making. Yay. lol

the ability for spiders to survive is such a feat, loose two limbs still make it to full adult thrive keep well fed and probably produce without issues. if only humans could do the same.

It's like the poor Tegenaria gigantea I found crawling up the shower curtain....with 1 leg on the left side and all four on the right. I couldn't believe she looked well fed too!

I always feel bad for em'.

that's true malhavoc, we humans always think of our loses and some of us are too distracted to keep living on. And I am not only account for lose of limbs, but if we lost our young, ect.
