I went on a dive on youtube yesterday about widows and I came across one of my sucscribed channels "MyWildBackyard" he does nature and animal videos, and many vids where he (stupidly) provokes a spider to bite him. I watched his red widow video and what stands out to me, it seemingly calmly walks onto his skin and just calmly bites him, and continues calmly crawling. Anyone have similar experience?

I’ve never found or kept a widow but I am surprised it bit unprovoked unless he messed with it before the filming ??
Never mind, he poked it causing it to run . Darwin award winner 🥇 maybe I’ve seen other people claiming to make spiders less scary to people by getting bitten. :wacky: :banghead:
I could hunt everywhere and not find one. There’s. just not many spiders where I live.
