It is rather hard to see some of the important defining details, and it's not immediately recognizable to me. I would say not Zygiella sp., which is a type of orb weaver. The leg proportions and stance are not right for that family, IMO. I would lean in the direction of a mesh or hacklemesh weaver, but I can't find anything that matches very well. The distinct leg banding is throwing me for all kinds of loops.
First thing I checked was a zygiella but I changed my mind due to the shape of the abdomen, I then thought it could possibly be a Amaurobius sp.
the leg banding is what threw me too! But some lace weavers do have the Banding!
