I was wondering if anybody could tell me of a good diet for feeding crickets before feeding them to my animals. I've seen a lot about "gut-loading" your crickets, so does anybody know of a good recipe or a good brand to buy?

It's not really that particular what you can use to feed them. Instead of making it as complicated as buying gutloading stuff you can just simple throw them some cat or dogfood and a slice of apple or other fruit.

I just buy cricket gut-loading food at my local pet store. It should be around $6-$10. Crickets can be anoying and be a bother. I would reccomend roaches.
