House spider ID

I found this spider in my house. Can any of you tell what it is? It had a stripe on half of its abdomen and dark tips on its legs.

It's probably something obvious but the only house spider I know is the cellar spider.

I'll go with tarantulas. But maybe if I find another I'll catch it. I don't know how I can love Ts and be so scared of other spiders besides jumping spiders. It could help to have one of these to get used to it.

Keep in mind that they are pretty damn fast so you will have to watch out or it could escape.
