It's hard to get a really good look at it in that picture, but it looks like it's probably a wolf spider of some sort. They're nothing to be concerned with. Wolf spiders are beneficial predators that eat other bugs, but are not dangerous to people. If you can get a good look at the eyes, you can confirm that it's a wolf spider if it has two big eyes right in front, two more (smaller) eyes set back and to the sides of the large ones, and a row of four tiny eyes across the front of the face, below the big ones.

I agree with @Smokehound714 's and @chanda 's posts. Nothing to be concerned about, in fact they are likely helping to eliminate critters that you should be concerned about.

That appears a wolf spider, given the markings and the size. However, not knowing the part of the world its from, and not getting a clear sense of the texture (hairy V. more "glossy") Its hard to tell if it might not be one of the several funnel-webs. Funnel-webs are frequently mis-identified as wolf spiders or one of the tarantula species, the hallmark difference being that the funnel-webs will tend to have more of a "glossy" appearance., as opposed to a rougher "hairy" appearance. The pic is to small for me to differentiate, personally.
