help sexing scorps please

i hope these pics arnt to fuzzy its well hard focusing on them cause its dark.

i know they are poor pictures but i dont want to disturbed the scorps to much. hope you can help. They are Heterometrus cyaneus.

whats the best way to pick them up to move them to a more suitable photo area? grab the tail ? lol or try get em to walk on or in to somethin
