Fly I'd pretty please

These flys are in my Dubia tub and there are a few in my t room . Should I be concerned ? And how do I get rid of them?

They look like harmless fungus gnats.

It's not a phorid, it's a fungus gnat. Phorid flies look more like fruit flies.

Yup, I'd agree it's a fungus gnat. I just had one in my Poec tank - they appeared after I brought some potted plants indoors. No reason to worry.

AKA Poo flies. They seem to like cat poop so I wouldn't consider them completely harmless. They could be vectors. Don't give them a filth or disease source.
