So I'm now in the possession of several P. Audax, but I didn't start this hobby (and/or collect them) until this past June. Thus, I have no idea what sort of care they'll need through the winter. (I live in Michigan, so it'll get nasty and cold.)
I'm thinking I'll probably have to buy them live crickets to feed, and I know you can buy them at like, Petco and Petsmart, but does anyone know how long the crickets stay good (alive) for the spiders to eat? How many crickets come in a container? And pinhead crickets would be best for a spider this size, right?
If anyone has any advice on caring for P. Audax through the winter, it would be very much welcomed!
