Falling Cardboard hurting hisser?

So I was changing my hisser's water today and I accidentally let his cardboard hide fall on him twice. Will it hurt him badly? The cardboard hide is basically just a piece of box cardboard I leaned on one side of his critter keeper and it's very light but still I'm worried he might have internal injuries, etc. He's a pretty old hisser too, two years old by now. If you see this thread, please answer if you know what to do. I'm really worried about him.

No, it will not hurt him. Your hisser will be perfectly fine, unless your cardboard happens to weigh around a pound! Lol.
Roaches are super tough, their exoskeleton is incredibly thick, like a coat of armor on a knight.

Also, 2 years ain’t too old tbh. Not even half the lifespan yet.
They can live well over 6 years
