For crap's sake, people, either post a recommendation to the search function and leave it there, or if you simply can't be bothered to say anything constructive, take a pass.
that's pretty funny there Mr. I...why don't you reread my last paragraph? I could have sworn it asked the OP a good question about something they may have not been aware of. That and I thought my post was helpful (tips on using the search engine, where to find the link, etc) and not very rude or offensive. I could have just posted, "keep it in a secure enclosure, feed it, and hopefully as it grows it becomes the colorful female you are most likely hoping for and not the drab male." :D

I have nothing against people asking questions but come on...when dealing with a relatively common species or one that generates a lot of interest for one reason or another (colors, behaviour, attitude, etc) is it so hard to fathom the idea that possibly someone has asked the exact same question before...twice even? :)

Loaf...I thought your initial response was pretty funny too lol, I wouldn't have taken offense to it. Then again, we've had some visitors to this forum who had rice paper for skin

here is some helpful info:

http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/search.php?searchid=1102128

I searched for "cyriopagopus"...nothing else. 3/4 of the way down is a link to a thread started by Fierce Deity, it includes some advice on keeping this species and was started Dec. 24th.

10-15-07, thread about whether they are arboreal or terrestrial...it gets a bit OT:
http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/showthread.php?t=106074&highlight=cyriopagopus

prey size thread:
http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/showthread.php?t=98713&highlight=cyriopagopus

and now adding "care" to the search words it is a lot easier (sometimes I start out with broad terms and narrow it down little by little...this way I can sift through threads that woudln't normally be included):

Drach's post from barely six months ago about how to care for these:
http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/showthread.php?t=94826&highlight=cyriopagopus+care

http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/showthread.php?t=90715&highlight=cyriopagopus+care

http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/showthread.php?t=80783&highlight=cyriopagopus+care

beyond that, see who is keeping this species and try PM'ing them...see how other Cyrio's are kept, check their native ranges to see if they overlap...if so care info on other species should work for these as well. Some threads I saw while searching above alluded to them being able to be kept like other Cyrio's.
