Has anyone tried using this substrate for snakes?
I have a surplus of the stuff and a Corn snake that needs it's substrate changing. Would it be suitable or a total no no? If not, why not? Out of curiosity.

when you fluff it up dont you have to soak it in hot water? i guess it would be ok if you let it dry out then patted it down quite hard

I'd have to dry it thoroughly anyway because her viv is wooden and I'd dread to think what would happen to it if it was left with damp substrate sitting on it.
I've had a look around and I've seen it advertised for use with snakes, I just wondered what people who have tried it thought of it and if there were any problems in using it.
