Cleaning enclosure

i keep my jumping spider in this enclosure and there are some tiny black dots on my spider's web. do i need to clean it? or it is normal .

Looks to be mold, so you may want to clean it out and increase ventilation in the enclosure. Salticids tend to not do as well with limited ventilation (though I admit I don't know anything about Vietnamese species).
