chilean rose T.

why would a chilean rose T. climb to the top of her cage. she is a new member to T. collection. i have her in a square glass cage. can you please tell me why.

if its a new member that explains it. if you have put it in that encloser within a few days ago or today shes just curious. my curly hair acted completly arboreal for a few days when i got it. it will probably stop within a week

The only 3 options I can think of are:

1) The substrate is moist, and she climbing to get more comfortable.

2) The enclosure is on the floor, or perhaps another surface that makes the substrate colder than the ambient room temp, and she is climbing to get more comfortable.

3) She is new to the enclosure, and is exploring.

Or... 4) She's a G. rosea, and she's surveying the height of her enclosure to deliberate future skydiving ventures.
