Best starter scorpion?

I would like to get a scorpion, I would like to get a larger one that can be handled preferably. I keep tarantulas so a scorpion wouldn't be a massive difference in terms of caring for them.

I was thinking an Emperor/Imperial Scorpion because they seem to be docile and are quite large or desert hairy which are very pretty but less docile.

Thoughts?

Emperor scorpions are definitely a good choice if you are looking for a species easy to handle. One thing though, handling is not reccommended because it can stress out the animal and/or you or the scorpion could get hurt. I'd say handling every now and then is okay but not too often.
