Anybody have any suggestions for a feeder that is easy to feed without worrying about it burrowing? Dubia roaches are illegal where I'm from and I'm looking for something other than crickets.

I keep B. lateralis and a colony of wax worms and moths for slings and juveniles. None burrow. No headcrushing required.

Red runners by far
Unfortunately I can’t get any red runners where I live, in Florida most roaches are illegal for whatever reason. I guess if they get loose they could reproduce and disrupt the ecosystem? In the end I went with wax worms and tried some of those.

Since you live in florida there’s the green banana roach and maybe eurycotis decipiens.
