Sold as: Avicularia urticans
Most likely: Hobby "Avicularia bicegoi"



Well it defiantly doesn't look like any A.urticans or A.Peru Purple I have ever seen. She was confirmed 'hobby A.bicegoi" after a molt and underwent an extreme change in color reaching 4.5''. She is wild caught.

Sold as: Avicularia urticans
Most likely: Avicularia sp."Peru Purple"



I choose to call it Avicularia.sp "Peru Purple" because this is what they have been called throughout the hobby for the longest time and there is no reason to re-introduced a new name when we are not even sure of the old name or have supportive evidence to suggest that it is a different species.
