Can They survive in temps of high 60s for a few hours of the day? And the rest of time they would be at mid 70s to low 70s

Too cold. They require extra heat. Lower to mid 80s

Low temp mid 70s high temp mid 80s in between the two is good. Could it survive in high 60s potential but why risk it. Just get an infrared or ceramic heat lamp and you should be good!

They could survive it yes, but it is far from ideal. aim for 75-85 °F.
