I neglected to mention previously that the spider mall is open to the public on Saturday. Admittance is free but donations are gratefully accepted.
Also if someone local wants to attend the lectures on Saturday and the pizza party on Saturday evening they can do so via a $30 per person fee.

Early registration ends in about 11 days so if you're sitting on the fence, time is running out.

Only a couple of days left to save with Advance Registration at http://atshq.org/conference1/. Wouldn't you like to be at a gorgeous resort in the desert mountains of Tucson, Arizona in less than four weeks? Don't you want to hang with kindred spirits, see amazing creatures in nature, and learn from a stellar lineup of presentations? It's not too late to bite the bullet and take a vacation to remember. See y'all there..

Hey Michael. I've been packed for weeks!

I've attached the latest updated schedule for the conference. A couple of field trip locations still need to be confirmed but they are dependant on what we can find the week prior to the conference. I see the monsoons have arrived in Tucson so lots of critters should be out and about by the time we get there.

Also note that the Photography Display is now a contest with small awards to the top three pictures as chosen by the conference attendees. Limit of three pictures per person and the subject matter must be invertebrates.

You can still register at the door and I expect the Hilton will honour our special room rate for another day or so. See you all there.

I was just speaking to one of our speakers, Dr. Fred Sherberger and he told me that if any of the people coming to the conference have molts that they need sexed, he'll be happy to do it. Just bring the molt to the conference and he'll take it back to Atlanta, put it under the microscope and send you the results. This will be ideal for those of you who have molts that are difficult to sex.
