Today i'll share with you a few pics of a pair of my Eudicella frontalis that recently became adults. This is a cute species of west African flower beetles whose male sport a Y-shaped horn that, while not as large as in some other members of the genus (like for example Eudicella gralli), is very interesting for its concavity.
A male. Beside the presence of the horn, they also differ from females for their more developed front legs.

A female. Note the shovel-shaped front of her head, perfect for digging into substrate to lay eggs.
