Yeah i don't have anything useful to offer the other threads and i'm just trying to get out of the hobby and sell off what i have left to people who would actually care for them properly
What happened to the for sale/trade section of the forums?
I remember using it back in the day when i was more active in the hobby.
Anyways, just had a couple ladies i was looking to find new homes for locally. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction that is not CL.
Shes been in the same container for about 5 months and nothing has changed how she was kept or any different from the others that require humidity. I don'y bother with water dishes , only very few of my larger species have them. Majority of the time they just get buried so i don't bother. But...
I spoke with a person, and they brought up the topic of weather and possible cold shock.
The weather here in michigan has been dropping and snowing alot and when the doors open with the cold breezes.
I'll keep an eye on here and keep the thread updated.
and heres the enclosure...
Never had humidity issue with any of them before. no water dishes are kept in them. Her substrate is kept moist a mixture of peat and coco and kept sprayed on the side around once a week.
Hello, around 3 days ago i was woke up to find my moms versicolor having a small issue at first. From what she said she looked to be molting in her web and while she was cleaning the living room checking upon her she noticed she was slowly sliding down the web until she fell at the choke point...
That dark P. fasciata female photo is possibly one of the best photos i have seen.
It's has a Tim Burton feeling!
Always love when this thread is updated, great job :)
Thanks, i'm waiting on one more molt from her then might find her a male.
yes i still have all of them, but back at my old place sincei just moved. shipping them right now with the weather the way it is i don't want to take any risks.
Been gone taking a break for awhile to deal with real life issues.
But new photos will be up next week of what left of my collection.
Due to someones stupidity of putting my entire collection in the back of a moving truck, a lot of my little ones were lost to the heat.
But this will not stop me...
I don't at the moment, but any future eggs will possibly be updated here.

Go right ahead.
It might seem like a bit much at first when they're young, but things get easier as they get older.
It's a daily routine for me.
Also check out Caudata.org, really great forum community.
