They're pretty much the same. They will grow to a similar size and similar speed depending on husbandry, temperatures and feedings.
AB user Fran had a Theraphosa stirmi that reached 11.75" if my memory dosen't fail.
Haplopelma minax
Lampropelma sp. "Borneo black"
Those two fit your description. That is if your talking about a spider that is all black. If not, Psalmopoeus irminia like mentioned above is a good guess.
Temperatures in Theraphosa burrows have been recorded as low as 64.4f. Keeping it there for three weeks would not be recommended, but I highly doubt there would be any problems during nightimes.
Avicilotheripelma photoshoppus
Legs of a P.subfusca
Carapace of a C.cyaneopubescens
Opisthosoma of a A.minatrix
Nice mix though, if it were real. Has a bit of the look of Iridopelma seladonium

Which makes me think about a recent event involving Psalmopoeus irminia. When watering, the 2" specimen proceeded to bolt out on my left hand, make it all the...
And so I'm glad to hear ;)
Seriously, I'm glad you didn't go half blind because of trying to manipulate a big defensive spider. Imagine how that would sound in society lol
