He ended up molting about a week ago. His fang came back and he is now really big. 9-10" I would say. The carapace looks like the size of an egg! I've never seen him come out so pretty and jet black before. Well, never this black. Can't wait to feed him.

Is there any correlation between size and intellect? Are larger growing species also getting the benefit of increased brain size? Or is the bigger factor due to what type of species it is?
