Maybe, sometimes. Color can look different depending on where the spider is in a molt cycle , what kind of lighting is used in the pic, and what kind of camera was used. That's why color is generally considered a poor taxonomist tool. For what its worth it does look "silver" on my computer screen.
Ok thanks Philth! I picked her up from a local store and she was in poor shape. So didnt care much about what genus at the time. It was an s3 galaxy samsung phone.
