Possibly brown widow? Im just not sure about this one

Could be. I've only seen them with lighter banding on the legs. I'm no expert, though.

Looks like an steatoda aka false black widow there bites are less harmful to us than black widows ...but still don't give it the opportunity to bite.

@Lander9021 yea that was my next guess. The lighting in the picture made the spider look alot darker than it actually is. In December an egg sac of these guys hatched behind our refrigerator lol that was fun chasing all those down

It looks like a myglamorph, maybe some kind of trapdoor? I'm guessing from the shape of the carapace.

It definitely isn't a trap door....it looks that way cause I'm sure this thing has hasn't eaten much through winter. Normolly they have the abdomen of a latrodectus sp and resemble them alot besides color. Someone has got to know exactly what it is lol
