My Miasma has finally molted once again (2 weeks ago) and I was able to snap a pic of it outside of its burrow. Was told to wait for another molt before anyonr could help, so here it is..!
Any guesses on the sex? All I know is that it is GORGEOUS with its purples and reds and greens
You most likely have a female, judging both by size and the ventral appearance. Generally speaking, a male would have matured by this size. Mine molted out as a mature male when he was a little over 3in. Either way, both males and females of this species are gorgeous!

Ohhh that's good to know! Thank you very much for the help and information I'm glad to know I FINALLY have a tarantula that seems to be on the female side LOL. Most others seem to be males thus far, was starting to think I was cursed ahah
