Maybe the lighting is making it look that way, but B. albiceps don't have orange legs, even in premolt - they're brown, dark gray, black, even steely blue sometimes, but definitely not orange. Like I said, a pic of the T spread out will help, and take it in natural sunlight if possible because that'll give a more accurate representation of the true colors.
As @NMTs said, it's the leg colour that gives this away - albiceps are always dark in any circumstance. Also, the abdomen seems rather orange, whereas albiceps is red. Here's an image of mine for comparison:
