Nhandu chromatus eyes - at microscope

from the exuviae of a N. chromatus (2 inch), at optical microscope.
That's the eyes :)
Spermathecae sexing can be achieved by looking at the section between the book lungs just by where the carapace meets the abdomen.
What are you using for magnification? It's a really cool image :)

I have a very dry exuviae, I will try next time. I have an optical microscope (Bresser - from Lidl - cheap).
Sorry for the post.
 
Have you tried to submerge the exuviae in warm soapy water for 5 mins?
Works a charm for me :)
