You're darn right that's improper. It has no hydrometer.

Yeah, and where the heck is the heat mat and heat lamp?

How come there aren't 150 crickets in there? D:<

That setup wouldn't be hard to fix given what they have in there. Hopefully you showed them how to properly set it up for an Avic.

Seriously though, that picture almost makes me puke.
