As @Phormic28 says give it a bigger enclosure if there`s no room for a water dish. It is a must have for all T`s. And you dont need to mist, just a filled water dish then you are good to go. And get rid of that cotton ball, no good.
@Phormic28@louise f I was told not to transfer her when she is on pre-molt since she has already made her web beneath. I have a terrarium ready for her just didn't transfer her due to what I was told. If it's ok to transfer her regardless of pre-molt I'll do that right away.
IMO you should wait till she has molted, it could cause stress if you begin to move her now. But i still got my doubts if she is able to lay down in that tiny container ?
But please provide with a water dish ( bottle cap )
@louise f Oh hell, I moved her right after I read you previous post and I took the webbing she made and put it to the new tank.
Now what I found in the substrate kind off worried me. I felt something hard and spiky on the surface and when I took it out it was a fake spiky coral that she could easily got injured on. Also I found a large zophobas in the substrate. If she started to molt could he bite her?
What should I do now, should I try to transfer her back? I don't know I acted too quickly.
@Marija Takac Just leave her be where she is now and get rid of that super worm pronto, it will harm/kill her when molting so of you go with that one.
Is she bleeding ? if not i would not worry about damage.
@louise f OK, I'll leave her then. She is standing on the webbing I transferred from the old enclosure. I got scared now but I hope everything goes fine. I don't think she's bleeding, I held her to transfer her and didn't see any milky fluids on her.
As I look at her right now she seems fine, she's putting the web on the spot where I transferred the old webbing.
Thanks so much for your help! I love you guys here, so kind and willing to give advice and help.
@Marija Takac
I was told that moving them in premolt (usually not quite this close to molt if it's laying down a mat, but meh ) is a great time to do so. Don't worry about it now! Post a pic of your new enclosure so we can see.
@bryverine As I came to look at her this morning she seems OK and active. The minute she's on the lid, the next minute she is on the other side of the enclosure.
I'll post a picture of the enclosure.
