burrow about the size of an American nickle. webbing lined the burrow. no trapdoor. hit hard like a T when I teased it out with a bit of Hay.
@Smokehound714 I'm not sure that Kukulcania arizonica, K. geophila, and K. utahana can be reliably distinguished from photos in places where their ranges overlap. (The majority of California Kukulcania submissions are lumped into this combined group.)

But care-wise, it doesn't really matter which species of Kuk you have. They are all very easy to care for.
 
You see various desert species peppering the interior chaparral closer to the desert, like the occasional cryptoglossa or blue palo verde
