You have what we need, it's just way, way too blurry. Look at other spermatheca sexing photos for an example. We need a (clear) shot of the area between the first set of book lungs.
Hopefully you haven't thrown away that exuvia yet.
I don't have anyone from that genus, but I have a close up shot of males and females that could maybe be used as a bit of a comparison, or to show what area that you need to get a clear shot of.
