@Oompoofishy probably a molt I'd say. They are normally right with cold, it's anything over 36° that starts getting concerning when they are slings like mine was. Mine also pretty much always hid away in its moss, I only saw it outside on 3 occasions. I guess reclusiveness must just be apart of this species
@Oompoofishy your moisture looks fine so I doubt there's any risk of dehydration. I'd leave it for another week just to be sure, and if there's still nothing happening then get a kitchen skewer and make a small hole, big enough to shine a phone flashlight through and get a reasonably good view of the spider. My guess is that maybe it finds the pot entrance is too wide so it's trying to close it off while it's making a burrow
