Putting a molt in water is about the worst way to sex a P. ornata.
1. Poecilotherias are actually easier and more reliable vent sexed since molt sexed since the males have prominent accessory organs, easily mistaken for spermathecae on a molt.
2. P. ornata shows sexual color dimorphism from as early as 3".
3. If you want people to guess the sex using this molt dry it out and don't take a pic while it's under water. You can't see spermathecae under water.
