@BladeGypsy Don't ya wanna start with correctly identifying it first before sexing it? lol Poecilotheria formosa don't have yellow leg banding, only white. 😉

Sold to me as P. formosa. What would it potentially be then?...as I am new and just getting into pokies...
 
Its either striata, fasciata, or hanumavilasumica. The differences in the ventral banding is minimal between those species. P. regalis are apart of this group also but they have an obvious cream colored abdominal band by that size on the ventral side. There are some great illustrations showing each species side by side. The leg banding is the only proper way to decipher most of the look a likes from one to another.
