Adult female P. regalis
Because they lead directly to a reclusive t....cork tube=a t you never see.
So do you prefer just a leaned cork slab in your arboreal enclosures? I ask because my P. metallica has hold up in his cork tube for over a month now (premolt I assume) My female P. regalis hides in her cork tube but I catch her our quite a bit especially at night.

I give them cork tubes mostly because of the light. They aren't going to get as much of it in their hide as if I was to just put a slab in. Also, I don't think it matters for T's whether it's a cork tube or a slab put against the wall since they can't see that well

IME it does not matter because if I lean a cork slab they typically just web up and make a tube anyway with substrate and moss etc....

Yes but if I put a tube in it's technically easier for them because they don't have to do as much work
