@50centipede Precisely why I do not handle her at all. Ever. Period. She will be a happy tarantula who always stays in her cage. Rarely do I handle even my B. albopilosum, and that's only when she's feeling and acting cooperative.
But I find it best to just leave them be. No need to jeopardize either party's safety needlessly. That's why I have, and probably why most have clear enclosures, so we can admire and enjoy them up close without the need to stress the animal out or place it in harm's way.
And yes, she is VERY swift when she wants to be, also did you see the size of that fang? I'll pass on the handling, lol.
