Two little mice have been living in my yard, an adult and one baby. While keeping an eye so they don't suddenly become 40 little mice, Decided to get in some Photo practice!
@Chris LXXIX I used to have 2 rats named B and Boo and honestly, they were some of the most affectionate, playful and friendly little buggers. I miss them a lot. :c
Before I was born, my mom used to feed the little mouse that used to live in the wall by their TV, and told my dad not to try to kill it. Then one day she realized that one little mouse she was feeding was really a colony of several dozen adults and a hundred babies. Watch that you don't make the same mistake.
@Leonardo the Mage Yea, we've been watching out for that and only ways we can tell so far is this little guy has a little tuft of fluff on the top of his head that sticks up between his ears, and the other has a black scar along it's side. We saw one grey mouse approach once and the guy above attacked him and haven't seen it since. Keeping an eye out though, cause we know where their nest is so we can easily get to it if need be. :3
That is a lovely picture, and I too like rodents. No doubt you are careful, and please be aware that a brave mouse may have parasites clouding its judgment. That might explain Ratatouille's protagonist's behavior. If this is unfamiliar search Toxoplasma gondii.
@kurgara galatur I'll do that now. I know a week ago he was very very skittish and would run away at the slightest sound, but after constant luring with many seeds, he started becoming braver, but still runs away if you move too fast or make a loud sound. Will make sure to avoid touching him and what not however, regardless of how adorable he is. XD The other one is super skittish unless you sit perfectly still for like, 10 minutes.
