I purchased this female at a reptile show as A. hentzi that were wild caught from central Texas. She doesn't look like the normal Texas Brown and she sure doesn't act like one! She is very defensive. Any ideas?
My idea would be A.sp. Carlsbad Green judging by the size of chelicerea. But I cannot see the whole spider. Check out Mike's Basic Tarantula, he's got good photos with names - that might be a help.
